Yin yoga classes are a place of stillness and relaxation. A place for you to find balance and harmony with the more yang elements of our days. We will stay in postures for extended amounts of time so that you are able to come fully into the present moment with your body, mind and breath. Postures are offered with many options so classes are open for all ability and experience levels. These practices are often done with props such as blocks, a bolster and a strap. However at home, you might use a book, pillows and a belt or towel to offer the same support. Please do not hesitate to contact if you have any questions regarding the classes and/or props.
