Spring is the time of renewal, vitality and growth. To create space for the new, it is important to thank and bid farewell to the old. Consciously cultivating areas of growth, and acknowledging what needs to be let go. This quick 20 minute class will create a bit of fire in the body that will have you feeling light and refreshed to make way for the beautiful new energy of Spring. We will use breath united with movement to come into the present moment of transition between seasons, grateful for the past and open to the future. Full Length Class ~ Air Element Flow ~ Flow with Sisko
This gentle flowing class is based on the element of air 🜁 We will cultivate lightness and weightlessness through our movements with a focus on back bending and heart opening shapes. This class spends a bit of extra time on the breath, with pranayama practices including Nadi Shodana and Sama Vritti to shine light on the power of the breath. This class is designed for yogis of all skills levels with modifications offered throughout the class.
